Inexperienced pilot soaring unfamiliar cliff site. After performing several 180 degree turns the pilot lost height and finding himself too close to the cliff face was unable to turn away before impact.

Inexperienced pilot attempted reverse launch. Appeared to have incorrectly set up equipmment possibly had the controls in the wrong hands. Following inflation the pilot lost control of the canopy and pendulumed into the ground.

A paraglider and hang glider were soaring Winter Hill when a small aircraft appeared and began to perform aerobatics close to the site. The paraglider suffered a collapse which the pilot was able to correct. .
