Pilot took off but did not notice he had snapped an upper break line and got a twig snagged in his lines. Once flying the pilot spotted the issues and was able to make a safe bottom landing using big ears.

Pilot made emergency turn while on final approach to avoid low level power lines. Pilot's seat made contact with bump in the ground before legs could fully absorb the impact.

During repack session pilot noticed that the control handle sticks had been threaded through the metal rings. They should NOT have been put through the rings but simply inserted into the sleeves.

Student lifted legs on launch before the wing had taken the full weight of the pilot and his equipment. This resulted in the paramotor making a glancing contact with the ground and the prop puncturing the fuel tank. Instructor immediately stopped the flight as pilot was unaware of the damage.
