Paraglider pilot heard shouting during a soaring flight he turned to look behind at the moment that a hang gliders wing tip clipped the back of his harness. Both pilots landed safely.

Broken clip supplied for examination. Glider negatively loaded during rigging - loud bang heard after launch - Pilot managed to land safely and discovered that the vb limiter strap has become detached due to a distorted clip.
