Line break at 20m resulted in glider diving forwards. This was not controlled by the pilot who swung under the glider, which appeared in a stalled state. Pilot landed heavily in a seated position.

Pilot took off with knot in lines having failed to carry out proper pre-flight check due to busy launch. Pilot corrected course but released brakes due to slow airspeed. Glider spun and pilot landed heavily on mountainside.

Glider overshot on launch inducing asymmetric collapse. Pilot continued to launch and the glider re-inflated with a small cravat. Pilot fell off the front of take-off inducing a 70% asymmetric collapse, which did not recover. The pilot managed to control his heading until the glider recovered and the pilot flew away safely.
