Pilot took off and motor sounded rough. Pilot carried on but had trouble gaining height. Pilot found himself with few landing opportunities and was forced to land in a field, narrowly missing power lines. Pilot had not flown in 3 years.

Pilot did not carry out a proper pre-flight check and took off not directly into wind. Pilot then pushed out without correct airspeed resulting in a turn and stall. Pilot uninjured but prop damaged.

Pilot took off in light winds climbing to 80ft. In attempting to open airframe throttle pilot opened choke in error. In attempting to correct pilot inadvertently allowed glider to stall. Glider crashed in power on spiral.

Fractured femurs, ribs and facial injuries. Collapsed lung.

Pilot tore leg muscle on attempting to launch. Later taken to hospital after passing out. Found that leg straps had been too tight and restricted circulation and ability to expand and contract.
