Shortly after take off the radio failed and the student panicked and turned downwind towards the hill. Student then lifted his legs to clear a barbed wire fence before landing downwind in the next field. Student was in shock but was unhurt.

After flying, pilot was packing away and noticed parachute pins were fully released and parachute was being held in only by velcro. During pre-flight check the pilot had checked parachute handle but had not lifted flap to check pins.

On 5th 'maintaining course and airspeed' flight launch student applied excessive right hand brake, initiating a turn to the right without leaving the ground. He fell over, put out his right hand and on striking an anthill, breaking his wrist.

On approach to landing field the pilot turned right over a wall to 'S' off height. The wing then hit sink whist passing back over the wall on the final approach and collided with the wall, breaking the seat plate in the harness.
